Emma Steiger

Emma Steiger is a multifaceted artist with a strong passion for storytelling. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she took an interest in acting after spending hours on the tv set of Diagnosis: Murder. She found her love of dancing and singing performing in youth theatre productions. Unable to sit still, she spent any free time playing tennis, soccer, volleyball, and trained intensely as a ballet dancer.

As a teen, Emma performed alongside Debbie Gibson at the Orpheum Theatre and was a semifinalist in the Dorothy Chandler Spotlight Awards. She went on to receive a BA in theatre from Muhlenberg College, triple concentrating in acting, directing, and performance studies with a minor in dance education. It was there she gained her improv and sketch skills as a member of the all female comedy group, “Damsels In Excess.”

After college, Emma spent 6 years in New York pursuing her love of theatre. In 2020, she appeared alongside her father in GLAMOUR’s “A Letter To My Father,” produced by Condé Nast.

Emma moved back to Los Angeles in 2023 and immediately produced and starred in Runaways, the final script her dad wrote before his passing in 2021. Additional acting credits include Disney Channel’s Shake It Up and Austin and Ally as well as Murphy Brown, Sunshine Girls, and Wait To Tell Mother.
