Marilyn Camacho

Marilyn Camacho is a Southside born and raised native Chicagoan. She studied acting at an intense two year theater program at Barat College of Depaul University before leaving to co-found UrbanTheater Company in Humboldt Park. For ten years, she helped build the multicultural company into the storefront theater it is now, located in the Puerto Rican community known as Paseo Boricua. After many years as a working actress across Chicago stages, she then decided to transition to Los Angeles to explore a career in television and film and hasn't looked back.
