Mark Sullivan

Mark Jude Sullivan is an actor and writer originally from Virginia. Mark’s love of storytelling began as a child at Arena Stage in Washington, DC, when he saw legendary clown Avner the Eccentric eat a paper bag mask off of his own face.

Mark has worked professionally for close to two decades, appearing on Broadway, Off-Broadway, across the US in regional theatre, in his beloved hometown of Washington, DC, and on more than a few disreputable stages as well, including restaurant basements, abandoned subway tunnels, bar tops and parking garages. Internationally, Mark has worked at the Vault Festival in London and in the 2018, 2019 and 2021 Edinburgh Fringe Festivals. Mark has also appeared on TV in Scandal, For The People, Verbatim, and Why Women Kill.

Mark is a founding member and current co-Artistic Director of In-House Theatre, a Los Angeles-based, site-specific and immersive theatre company. When not performing, Mark enjoys traveling, writing, marathon-running, and raising Llewyn, a Siberian cat with an outsized personality.
