Phil Hendrie

Phil Hendrie capped a 40 plus year broadcast career with a nationally known satirical radio talk show in which he played multiple characters so realistically and so over the top, callers to the show thought they were real people. The success of his radio show led to recurring parts on the animated series “King of the Hill,” “Futurama,” “Napoleon Dynamite,” “Rick and Morty,” “The Replacements” “Midnight Gospel,” and “F Is For Family.” Phil also ad libbed his character parts in three episodes of “The 7D.” And he voiced a Chechnyan terrorist and a computer named I.N.T.E.L.L.I.G.E.N.C.E. in the film “Team America: World Police.”

Phil on camera has worked for Judd Apatow in his pilot “North Hollywood” and the film “This is Forty.” He recurred as Judge McCarthy in the NBC sitcom “AUSA.” He also recurred in the CBS series “The Unit” and USA Networks “Playing House.” He’s guest starred in “Grace and Frankie,” The Connors, “Call Me Kat,” “Young Sheldon,” “American Auto,” “Modern Family, “New Girl” and “Maron.” And he produced two pilots of his own, “Phil At The Gate” for NBC and “Phil Hendrie” with Steve Levitan for Fox.
